Travel Sustainably

Business has no boundaries and travel has become an essential part of maintaining relationships and providing goods and services to customers all around the world.

Air travel is a big contributor to climate change and the IATA are leading changes across the aviation industry, in support of the ambitious goal of net-zero carbon by 2050.

New technologies as well as sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) will eventually help cut emissions by around 80%. Work is also being done to optimise air routes to avoid congestion around the airports that lead to aircrafts having to stay in the air until a landing slot is available. And finally, the IATA supports offsetting, a system that allows companies to compensate for their emissions by financing a reduction in emissions elsewhere.

So, much work is being done to improve our carbon footprint and enable more sustainable travel. At a more local level, you can also play a part to offset the impact that global travel has on the environment.

As an official partner of Trees4Travel, an award-winning environmental ‘Tech For Good’ company, we can help you offset the impact of carbon emissions from your business travel. 

We offer access to the Trees4Travel technology which means for each trip taken we use the Trees4Travel calculator to work out how many trees need to be planted to offset the carbon emissions generated by the trip. 

Trees4Travel will then plant a tree … for the price of a coffee.

And in addition, whilst reforestation will help reverse climate change, trees can be fragile & take time to grow, so to ensure we remove or compensate your travel carbon emissions as soon as possible, we always connect each tree to United Nations (CER) certified emissions reduction renewable energy carbon credits, essentially doubling the promise.
