Uniglobe Environmental Policy
Through donations to our global charity – Plan International – for basic life necessities such as clean water, disaster relief, shelter and education, Uniglobe locations are helping to lift young children out of poverty in some of the poorest regions of the world.
Uniglobe was the first international travel franchise company to introduce a carbon offset program to help our business clients reduce the impact of airline travel on climate change.
In their local communities, Uniglobe franchise owners, Global Partners and their employees also contribute their time and resources to support causes that are close to their hearts.
|Hiking To Machu Piccu for Plan International|
On October 2012, Uniglobe family members from the United Kingdom, Canada and the Netherlands trekked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and raised £37,000 for the Because I Am a Girl campaign.
|Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for Plan International|
In September 2010, a Uniglobe British Isles climbing team reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and raised £35,000 to build a dormitory in a girls school in Mwanza, Tanzania.
