The law requires that airlines collect Passenger Information for all passengers before travel to or from the USA and certain other countries*.  

Most of the required data is collected by ‘swiping’ your passport through a reader at check-in.

However, in some instances the information required cannot be obtained from the passport.

By including required data in the booking prior to check-in will speed the process.

So what information is required?

·        Passport number

·        Nationality

·        Gender

·        Date of birth

·        Full name as it appears on your passport

·        Passport number, country that issued your passport, and expiry date.

·        Country of residence

In addition, for the US, the following information will also be required:

·        Alien Registration Number (Green Card) for those who have US residency

·        An address in the United States of America for your first night’s accommodation (hotel name, number and street, city, state and zip code).
